Cupcakes Jars

I am absolutely in love with Cupcakes Jars!!!
They are the most versatile cupcake gift that I can think of!

Take a look and see what you think!

The cupcakes can either be prebaked or baked straight in the container.
I decided to go with baking them in the container.

You then ice and decorate them as you would a normal cupcake!

And look how amazing they look!
These are the perfect gift for weddings as well as for kids parties as it makes everyone feel like their cupcake jar was made specially for them!

I can not wait to get started on my Christmas Cupcake Jars! These are going to make the perfect stocking filler, thoughtfully crafted teachers gift or just a little something to send your colleagues off into the wonderful Christmas Season!

For any enquiries just email or check out my page on facebook, mjscupcakes.

Lemon Cheesecake Cupcakes

Going along with the Orea Cheesecake Cupackes's I decided to experiment and try a different twist on things.

These are lemon cheesecakes cupcakes and I found lemon orea's which I used as the base which just gives them that extra lemon zing.

Oreo Cheesecakes

This is a Martha Stewart recipe that I came across and just had to try!
They are so easy to make and are a real treat!

Everyone seemed to agree as they were devoured instantly!

The base is actually made of individual oreo biscuits so when you turn them over you get to see the actual biscuit design!

Lemon Meringue Cupcakes

Cupcakes can often be too sweet so when I came across this recipe I had to give it a go!

It is basically just a normal vanilla sponge with a lemon filling and meringue piped on top!

It is such a great way to take a cupcake from a Kids party to something more adult worthy!

Tripple Chocolate Threat

My first attempt at a tripple chocolate threat!

It is a decadent chocolate sponge with chocolate mouse frosting and a chocolate ganache topping!
Totally decadent but oh so yummy!
