My Inspiration...
My Granny Daisy has been a goddess in the kitchen her whole life!
She has been part of my inspiration to take on my dream and delve into cake making!
She has made countless wedding cakes and I have been privileged to be given all of her fantastic equipment!
At the age of 84 she made this beautiful cake for my cousins wedding last weekend and wow did it turn out beautifully!
My gran, thank you so much for all your wisdom and advise with all the baking that I do!
I love you dearly and think of you whenever I am baking and using your tools!
To my Cousin Maxi & my new Cousin Mark, Congratulations!!!
